
Greg McGillivray
When you're ready to view the Banquet Hall or discuss menu options, you'll probably meet Greg McGillivray, the Food Services Manager. Greg is exceptionally proud of the facility and food that LSRS offers and takes personal satisfaction in providing excellent customer service.
As a trained Chef, Greg oversees food ordering, preparation and service to ensure that the ingredients, presentation and flavour of each menu item are of the highest quality. He also takes great pride in ensuring that each customer receives personal attention to the smallest details of every event.
Greg earned his Chef papers at Vancouver Vocational Institute in 1981 and later trained as a Food Services Manager at Langara College. Since earning his Chef papers, Greg has worked for a variety of Vancouver-area organizations including restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals and care facilities. Greg has been cooking, catering and ensuring customer satisfaction at events ranging in size from 20 to 1200 guests for over 20 years.
